It was the biggest Emerging LA event ever!

We had 124 sign up for our gaming tech meetup at an arcade 🙌🏼

Emerging LA packs the venue at The One Up

It was 4X over capacity and took over the venue, packing The One Up in Sherman Oaks for a happy hour hangout over games, drinks, and food.

This was an experiment to test a new format... It paid off big! 🚀

We had never tried one of this size and with a more open sign-up list, as opposed to the more curated and intimate small group meals (which we will still do more of in the future).

It shows that you should always test new offerings and features of anything you build.

Let the community speak for itself, whether value is being added or not.

More than what folks were saying, there were live demos organically happening between the founders, builders, and operators who showed up.

I saw folks playing augmented reality RPG games on the tabletops!
