Week of August 19, 2024

Last week, we had a great time seeing a number of impressive founders pitch their AI startups at LA Early-Stage Showcase for AI Startups, which was hosted by SVB.

There were many founders building great products ranging from robotics, deep tech hardware chips, and gen AI socials.

One of my portfolio companies, Kindo, got to showcase itself in front of corporates and investors! Twelve Labs, although not in our portfolio but is a favorite of mine, also got a chance to showcase what it is building!

The event had a really great turnout and showcased many exciting companies and products to look out for! Looking forward to more startup showcase events like this around LA.
