New Emerging LA Events - June 10, 2024
Spring is poppin’ here in SoCal in the lead up to the official start of Summer!
Last week was a whirlwind of tech events:
Hung out in Bel Air at a #PledgeLA event in partnership with MaC Venture Capital, and MaC’s team graciously hosted us at their AGM! It was a diverse group of topics on panels, a mixed crowd of GPs & LPs, and a chance to see some of my favorite people
Dinner with an intimate small group of fund manager friends in Brentwood with some delicious Italian food
A bigger dinner focused on Deeptech with the DIU (Defense Innovation Unit) down in El Segundo to talk about all things Space & Defense that are happening here in SoCal 🚀

The weekend provided a refreshing change of scenery in Santa Barbara to enjoy Father's Day and celebrate my niece's sweet 16th birthday.
This week keeps the momentum going strong!
Tomorrow, I'll be down in Long Beach all day at the AWE Conference to catch insightful panels on spatial computing & XR, meet folks who are visiting LA for coffee chats, and host back-to-back events tomorrow evening!

Looking ahead, I will enjoy this upcoming weekend in Oakland with family & friends!
