This week will be a busy one that requires travel away from LA.
I will be heading up to SF for a few days to attend GDC (Game Developers Conference).
I am sure many of you from the LA community are going to be heading up to GDC, especially those building & investing in gaming.
If you are, feel free to hit me up by shooting me a note or replying directly to this message! Maybe we will be able to cross paths at some of the same side events.
But I am excited to share that we have a few LA events in store for the last week of March and to kick off April!

I'm Brandon Hoffman, the founder of Emerging LA. After stints on Wall Street and Silicon Valley, I was excited to return home to Southern California in 2019 and settle in Los Angeles.

The LA Founders & Investors event has proven to be a community favorite every month.

Harvard Alumni talk on Indigenous nations on 4/9 in DTLA
Come join us for a gathering of Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) alumni from Greater Los Angeles!
The meetup will have a fireside chat titled "Sovereignty Matters: HKS builds its capacity to serve Indigenous nations".
Joseph Kalt and Megan Hill will discuss the HKS Project on Indigenous Governance and Development, whose mission is to arm Indigenous Nations with the tools needed to govern effectively and to strengthen their economic, social, and cultural fabrics. A reception will follow.
HKS alumni will be prioritized, but if there is room, we will accept Harvard alumni from other schools and our friends from LA who are interested in policy.
